Knowledge Manager

- Established and own Knowledge Management governance, taxonomy, and content operations for a 5,000+ article knowledge ecosystem supporting 5–10 products and internal, client-facing, and implementation-partner audiences.


- Built KM governance and operating processes from the ground up, introducing content standards, templates, review criteria, publishing workflows, archival and deletion processes, and structured intake for teams without direct authoring access.


- Develop and maintain information architecture and taxonomy standards, including consolidating duplicate taxonomy terms, establishing controls for new term creation, identifying content gaps, and partnering with business units and subject-matter experts to improve content organization and findability.


- Completed 650+ Knowledge Management reviews, evaluating content structure, taxonomy, audience alignment, formatting, searchability, duplication, and governance; provide actionable feedback and approval criteria required for content to meet established standards before publication.


- Personally revised and improved 1,000+ knowledge articles and processed 615+ KM requests spanning new content, revisions, archival, deletion, publishing, and access/permissions support.
- Lead cross-functional content governance and ownership efforts, partnering with approximately 10 authors and stakeholders across teams to clarify content ownership, establish authorship responsibilities, identify gaps, and create scalable processes for a decentralized knowledge environment.


- Drive KM alignment during organizational integration and acquisition activities, adapting existing taxonomy and governance practices to align with enterprise standards while preserving business-unit requirements
